Just wondering - what would be the main reason(s) why the FDA should not approve Zircaix?
I am a small cap investor from Germany. I do not know much about Telix, aside that they appear to do a great job looking at the shareprice. I stumbled upon Telix while researching a German company called Heidelberg Pharma from which Telix inlicensed the antibody used in Zircaix. Heidelberg Pharma is entiteld to receive royalties from Telix (20% of Zircaix product sales if I am not mistaken). They did a partial sale of there royalty stream for Zircaix and would receive USD 75m upon Zircaix FDA approval.
PR: Heidelberg Pharma Announces Royalty Financing Agreement with HealthCare Royalty for up to USD 115 million - Heidelberg Pharma AG (heidelberg-pharma.com)
Heidelberg Pharma trading at an Mcap of just EUR 120m, EV < 100m. The market appears to price in a high risk of Zircaix not receiving FDA approval.
Happy to hear your thoughts!
Disclosure: I hold a position in Heidelberg Pharma.
