sorry mate but those are stupid betting odds. Market is forecasting $1.59 dividends for FY24 with those dividends to decline to $1.55 in FY25.
That is not sufficient margin of safety against your $1.60 'bet'.
Lol but I am still NOT buying.
I have been consistent in all my postings, on this thread, I will not start acquiring until the low $20's.
So far I have been correct, any dividends received have been more than offset by capital losses by holding
