    Bottom line, it looks to me like the vendor wasn't able to deliver 100% of the rights to OZM because they didn't have clear title or there was an internal dispute. I guess a bit like me trying to sell you my house but not being aware there's a caveat over it haha! Or could be an internal dispute (maybe family related - one brother wants to sell and the other doesn't). Note that the title holder of the whole of tenement 833042/2013 comes up as COOPERATIVA DOS GARIMPEIROS E ESTRATIVISTA DO VALE DO RIO DOCE LTDA.
