Do you think the CSIRO didn't realise what the life time of a nuke plant was when they calculated LCOE?

Do you think Lazard investment bank in the US didn't?

They both did. When organisations such as CSIRO or Lazard say that nuclear is at least 2-3 times more expensive than renewables per unit of energy produced, they have considered the replacement cost of solar panels, the cost of transmission lines, as well as the maintenance and running costs of nuclear plants and a whole lot more that the armchair experts haven't even considered.

Renewables are cheaper under every credible analysis there is.
