    Offer a fair and reasonable deal most would accept. However MLM shareholders don't like being ripped off.
    Besides the future share consolidation in DRX is another issue, so MLM shareholders need to get a fair and reasonable offer as compensation for when the huge consolidation of 10:1 of DRX shares in the future takes place.
