The Form 604 from M&G on 3/11 included the acquisition of 1,035.163 shares on 1/11 with Chase Nominees Ltd - VANG included as 'holder of relevant interest'. This number of shares corresponds with the number declared by VPMM on that same date.

Given that, it would seem logical that the initial 5m VPMM shares were also part of the M&G tranche. We still have no absolute evidence as far as I can see. Should be some more notices on the way over the coming days.
