• We are now loved by the State Govt - any State Govt - now or in the future
• We remove ourselves from the self-serving likes of CE or Gina of thinking only of themselves for gas usage
• We suddenly are given the best PR opportunities to use in our advertising which will be unique to STX - and those are absolute gold - you can't buy them
• We are the first PB gas company to pivot to this industry - always a bonus being first
• We are going to be needed by the entire population across the state as coal has shown itself to be unreliable for electricity
• Once we have done the exercise of building the facility - and yes it could be a Walyering exercise of learning the building process exercise, so hang onto your hats - then STX may be able to replicate this with other gas areas we hold. Transmission lines crisscross the entire PB area
• Even though renewables sound wonderful - they are showing themselves to a tenuous form of energy for large industry and populations which need certainty.
