For the sake of clarity, I wouldn't get too excited if this hit $1.2+ 12 month high again with no news.
I would get excited with offtake and loan announcements to support next phase, even if the SP halved.
Those announcements effectively bake in a share price of $7+ in some years, and I'm more than happy to wait for that
