Haven't seen any claims of 80-95% power output of a building.
However, if you use the windows, spandrel glass and solar cladding i.e., the complete package, you can supply up to 83 of the buildings heating/cooling needs by using the power they produce and the products ability to keep some of the suns ernergy out of the building (23%).
Pretty sure my facts are correct. This is from the BCA Skylab testing results in Singapore.
