general comment* i am enjoying all this retrospective analysis though.... "it was so obvious"....some 4 years after the fact. the only real red flag hear was the cash burn. Which was alarmingly high, but was set aside based on "imminent" approvals....... got caught with our pants down, 2 x CRs and hear we are.
