I can shed some light on the RMS/SLR mill issue. There is no plans at SLR to toll treat. The mill is being designed to treat SLR dirt. It won't be easy afterwoods to exceede the nameplate to toll treat.
RMS are looking to toll treat. They have held discussions with other lease holders in the area.
If AAG are going to toll treat, there is no chance it will be at SLR's mill and a very good chance, if RMS and AAG come to a mutal agreement, it will be at the Checkers plant.
