I'd say the damage is already done re reputation thanks to the Court judgement against JK, NK whatever. They have already tried to pretend the past isnt' their through business and personal name changes ISX to SP! JK to NK whatever.
If people are legally entitled to compensation from ISX poor disclosure and not providing accurate revenue recognition (and choosing to knowingly not correct it), they should go after it. Damage has already been done via Court judgement and the behaviour of management since suspension.
