As it takes me about 1 hour to pour the mix, the mix being in a wheelbarrow (as I first used to do), the concrete would start to go off in about 10 mins, so constituency would not be liquid enough to pour a good statue.
I don't use a vibrating table but can produce a 90% good quality product if the mix is wet/creamy enough, using my method.
The other thing is, that unlike your reasonable sized moulds, mine vary from 1/2 litre to 100 litre, ... some are fairly fiddly.
