We are not seen as a bargain buy because we aren't. Not until we actually achieve something, and we haven't done that in years in a tangible way.
I've been in a long time and I still believe that we can get there. But right now, our price is exactly where it deserves to be based on the results we have achieved.
At this rate, by the time we "unlock" the basin secrets, no one will want gas anymore.
