I don't really know how it works - maybe someone here 'shorts' the shares to them @ $1.67 and then slowly buys them back this week @ $1.56 - it's working for them so far if that's the play but too sophisticated for me to know. Might get a 'Becoming a substantial shareholder' notice from them shortly.
