last quarterly cash balance was $2.6m and the staff cost + admin costs are roughly less than 300k p/q (from last report), so the only cash outflow for them will be around $300k p/q, all the exploration cost will be funded by RTX, so they will have enough fund (from my understanding to explore the Nb potential)
the unfounded part you are referring to is for the farm-in agreement with RTX.
