I would like to know where exactly the Premiers prime source of frustration is coming from. Who is fuelling this through the Australian Newspaper.It seems like Politics to me with an agenda that is not quite apparent at this stage. I think that MMX and Mitisbishi have conducted the due diligence exhaustively and have preceded through all the hoops in a timely manner.I would think it difficult for the Premier to change direction without a significant risk to all stakeholders
