It is shame that so many people are concerned by each candidate's supposed cognitive state. People would be far better off discussing each candidate's policies and performance. Judge the respective candidates on their past performance and proposed policies. Ignore the rhetoric - focus on what each candidate offers for the future economically, socially and politically. Who will improve health care, education, infrastructure and social cohesion? Who will bring about a more harmonious society? Who will bring about a more respectful discourse? Forget age and supposed cognitive abilities - focus on what really matters.
