I think that marketing spending is one of the key question about their business model.
I have not been able to find figures regarding repeat customers for their EZZ brand.
So, one of the risks with their model is that they may just get one off sales because they spend a lot in marketing, via the social media/influencers.
Once they disclose more about the level of repeat customers, it will be easier to estimate the level of promotion required in the long term for their business model.
