I am out as well with small arbitrage when realised scheme will work out by October that is long duration and big risk to take with VN8 massive debt on their head plus what I found below on Maxo Telecom.
Also, on further research about Maxo telecom, there isn't any info available in public domain (in term of who owns it) apart from google search takes me to below LinkedIn profile which even shocked me as there are only 9 people in their linkedin profile . ! so how on earth they going to do takeover of VN8 with 70+ employee (based on linkedIN) & massive debt ?? It's like Mystate Bank taking over CBA ! So I have to exit.
Hope thing goes well for the shareholders including those hanging in for long-time.
