Why wouldn't A2M jump in bed with Bright and purchase Dundsadel Plant on a 60/40 basis. Bright are happy to put up 130m anyway. That gives Synlait cash to pay down debt protect shareholders. A2M could even offer third party processing back to Synlait eg Synlait get to retain some of its brands.
