The BOD manage LTR on behalf of the shareholders who are the actual owners of LTR. They have a duty to keep the shareholders abreast of all major strategic events. The low SC6 price is a strategic event and requires a strong response from the BOD to preserve the value of LTR in the short and long term. They have been remarkably quiet of this issue which I find very surprising. They need to acknowledge this issue and tell shareholders how they propose to deal with it in a proactive and positive manner. It is the right thing to do.
