This is a trading mentality, and I'm not a trader. I'm not here to scalp short term profits, I'd much rather take the downside period to build my position into a larger position over time. Cycles by their nature are on repeat, which means every downturn is followed by massive upside.
The poker analogy doesn't work for a long term holder because we don't pay "blinds", since we only invest with money we can afford to lose, which allows us to hold for a very very long time with no downside. It's as if the money never existed for us.
I'm confident Lithium will recover, you're clearly not, hence why you're not holding. But you're still here, monitoring, which tells me you're hoping it will recover but don't have the conviction to make the long term call. Not a great way to trade or invest, why not move onto something you do have conviction in?
