To put the capital raise question to bed,
August 2023 they raise 15mil at $5
Jan 2024 They raised 40mil at $10
Total, 7million shares,
SOI prior 53.4million. They can only raise 15% of SOI per 12 months,
15% of 53.4million is 8 million, in theory they can only conduct a raise with 1 million shares before requiring Share holder approval. If anything next available raise would be at the end of August.
