I think that you might be forgetting about a large number of previous interviews with Alistair (all recorded) wherein he repeated the mantra of surprisingly low Capex and Opex and no dilutionary CR. He also said that he was very confident that this would be the case and said that he had already seen 98% of all the inputs which underpinned his guidance statements.
This may well be why Dumaguete is speculating that this has all been known for quite a whiie?
