housing in Oz is an interesting situation - an enormous unmet demand --
and enormous prices, enormous mortgage stress - all of the pressures are huge
no supply - no possibility of an increase in supply - one can commit as much money to the issues as one likes ------ but, if there's no one to build - it all doesn't matter one bit
predictions of a housing catastrophe have been going about for years -
but, mostly people prophesised a housing price crash
few thought of a housing catastrophe that was built on a housing price rocket
what an odd situation - a country that is going to be levelled economically because of a housing boom and no bust ---------- maybe a banking bust though - who can tell
