I initially bought these with a view to exercise them in the future, but ended up just selling them direct on the market. Was too good to be mucking around with forms.
I actually tried to get exercise forms and got a reply from Jay Stephenson to say they need to be individually created.
I eventually never heard back so just sold them on-market.
This was another red flag for me - that they never replied or gave me the info I requested as a share holder.
