Don't get me wrong Benny. He did wrong. He does need to own this as the company does. However and this is a big however. Many people were affected by his actions, the ASX did nothing to help these people. They were tunnel vision focused on getting a guy no matter what the cost to the SH of the company. Back in the day we commented that the company can still trade while the process happens. But no, we stay suspended on suspicion and told that how can the company trade when 50% of the shares are in doubt or OPAQUE ownership. So yes you are right in some sense, but 100% ISX was treated as guilty in all areas until proven innocent. Hindsight we can say the truth about the revenue concerns, but not at the time of suspension, and sorry,what JK did while wrong, I've seen plenty of much worse CEO"s helping themselves in the pig trough and never a damn thing is done. Doesn't make right but does show the ASX was focused on JK at SH expense IMO.
