Grfe,
NG and LNG in Zimbabwe is stranded i.e. isolated from market prices because there are no import facilities or infrastructure.
In that case, we can look to RLT in south africa. Although south africa has the sasol NG pipeline infrastructure, as yet they have no LNG facilities or infrastructure.
So the Phase 1 LNG produced by RLT has been trucked to industrial and transport users as a diesel replacement, and is priced accordingly.
Consequently we can use the diesel price in Zimbabwe as a starting point for LNG sales.
