As far as I'm aware, and please correct me if I'm wrong, they can not make a TO bid for at least 4 months now, is that correct?
I guess they will do a build up to 19.99% before dropping the hammer.At this stage, not enough shares for a blocking stake, considering our other investors.They always say that when this happens.
