I appreciate you taking the time to give us your perspective. I understand where you are coming from. In most parts, I am inclined to agree with you. Sales and managing a company come at a cost. What is probably irking most here is that the company is still posting losses. In addition, the last 4C did not paint a rosy picture.

Maybe a way to appease the doubters and complainers, is to escrew the shares longer than 12 months, so that a profit is clearly evident, and then the directors are being appropriately rewarded for their efforts, according to these disgruntled shareholders. As for me, I can appreciate both sides of this discussion on this point.

I am currently sitting on the fence on how I will vote, and could go either way. I will wait until the AGM and what transpires there before making a decision.
