Majority of wind tubine & solar generation equipment would not need to be fully replaced at end of useful life.
Panels & turbine mechanism replaced yes, distribution connections & towers no.
It's not like a solar or wind turbine plants are going to be wripped out & the land returned back to prior use, they'll be replaced on the same site.
