But that's the thing Mr Cod - I don't think that the $50 crowd (and I don't use that monicker in a negative sense) would not take it. If the board rejected it, so would they.
I have asked this question before - is $50 a fixed sale price or just a nice value uplift relative to the current SP and thus enticing, and I generally dont get responses or they say that they won't and would act on the company's recommendation (which is somewhat heartening) cause hopefully the board is fully aware of our value and resolutely determined to realise it.
