Slr started buying RED. And the T/O didn't take long.
I think it's pretty simples. RMS will buy out SPR.
They need the extra production from 2026.
And watch the RMS qrtly. It will be insane.
And RMS share price already capped at around $1.90.
That will be important in the T/O move.
There will also be a cash component too.
Not very small either.
All my musing. But I am betting a dollar on it
