    i reckon they are working on transferring the tin assets into BCD in order to justify BCD shareholders approving the deal.

    They will re-capitalise and MAK can then focus on phosphate projects while the new BCD (which they should arrange a name change) could run on its own developing gold, tin, tungsten etc.

    It actually makes sense. MAK does not need to commit anything further, and will most likely save then precious cash going forward.

    What is BCD announces a significant reserve increase??? even better.
