Hi Acturtle,

Can you elaborate on which Broking house is managing the IPO offering. I'm assuming a Bell Potters or another sizeable Mid-tier Eastern States Broking house is managing the issue. Can you provide details as to the date the offer opened and when it will close.

I have not done much research into this new Adephi structure, but however, I'm intrigued by the substantial premium being paid on market for CVL, considering the discrepancy of the 6:1 consolidation (0.336 - Post Consol) and the 20c IPO.
