IMO, that news will keep me as a SH into 2026. With Chinas decline and the diversification from China , and Texas going ahead, we have to be on the money. Ive held on this long. Ill see it thru to 2026. HRE at Malaysia is making 2024 a "transitional" year for my thinking.
