    Who do think is on the board mate do some research Quantum is Besra pure and simple one dont exist without the other.
    Trouble is were a ASX listed, and the dogs are barking they want to know what the hell is going on.
    When you have no answer from the banks on the proposed money from QUANTUM then its simple explain or blacklisted for giving dodgy info.
    Not that hard to work out.
