Any interest our chairman holds in kcn directly or indirectly is a disclosure issue and auditors job to make sure everything was done according to accounting standards but yes personal tax related issues isn’t auditor,s things. If RSK purchased 1.82 and showing sell $1.82 then ato wouldn’t mind (no gain or loss) at the same time he is over 65 years old and law may allow him to do it certain way when it comes to distribution of assets to his kids. Anyway I was backing my case (no wrong doing here) and making it stronger to miningnuts where he said he will send a note to ato.
