You couldn't make this up. In Dec '23 Stanmore buys out the remaining 50% of the MetRes JV inlcuding all liabilities from M, which includes the dog assets Mavis and Millenium. 188 days later they suddenly realise Mavis is a dog and is barking and shut the whole show...... "with the Millennium Complex as a whole is expected to reach steady state minimum expenditure care and maintenance regime by the end of 3Q 2024." What is going on?
