My thought is failing execution of the scheme a pull back will be on the cards. I also think said pull back/downside (as you said) will be minimal due to the strengthened trading conditions. They've done a good job diversifying, the offshore wing and rig decommissioning /Carbon capture will support FCF for quite a few years yet IMHO. I bought them as a dividend stock. I'd like to see that come to fruition.
I'm willing to take a position if the Scheme is voted down on any weakness. My assumption is the SP will flounder If that happens, so no hurry to my mind.
