The key takeaway is - opposite to someone's recent posting that the Hyundai/Kia binding offtake supply agreement date is becoming an issue - well it's a non issue - a simple adjustment to that delivery time and of course Hyundai/Kia are part of that delay with negotiations re equity input.
I certainly would not be surprised to see a whole new binding agreement with larger supply - new pricing adaptation (confidential of course) and supply dates.
Then of course there is the POSCO strong supply possibilities - will POSCO supply Hyundai/Kia their required magnets to spec and Hyundai/Kia are only securing the NdPr required as I have not heard of them securing ex China dysprosium which is very hard to come by although Lynas just released they will have some in 2025 and Iluka will have some one day. I looked to see if Hyundai/Kia produce their own magnets a while ago but never found the answer.
