When did I say Wogen needed binding agreements with its clients?

I advised WKT needed to achieve the annual export rate of 15k tonnes to turn its agreement binding with Wogen, If Wogen cannot sell or find clients who want to purchase this volume or WKT fails to achieve the production rate, the agreement will not be binding and WKT will need to find someone else to sell its products.

You should do a brief course on contracts, you were completely wrong about CRDB bank conditions subsequent, IMO you are completely wrong about the requirements to turn the agreement binding with Wogan.

Do you really think Wogen is going to stockpile 40ktpa of graphite if they don't have buyers lined up?
