Pretty sure most of the big buying is done on ASX. That would include European buyers through brokers most likely as there just wouldn't be enough scrip available from sellers on the DAX etc. If there was a run on them in Europe, the sp would soar to $10 or something and we wouldn't want that, would we???

An increase in sp could still be reflected next day on ASX but we set the parameters really....sort of home town decision making.

Shares traded over there are still from the company's issued capital though, nothing seperate.
