ITSA has a substantial stake along with his family/friends in PER which is why he constantly pumps the stock up on HC. Not really a clown, just doing what anyone else would do in his position. I do believe this SP can hit $5 if all of our ducks line up but I sure as hell ain't putting a time frame on it. For long term holders we are in the end game now so hold on and sit tight. I would be accumulating if I didn't have HECS to pay off!
