You have raised part of my concern about management.

Even if you land a big deal its into the future with installation etc. They need money now and have not won the anticipation stakes at all.

They must have had budgeted expenses and they had income streams - They of all the companies on the ASX should not have got this so badly wrong. They , had they done the work, would have known they needed cash to settle the note and should have anticipated the cash burn so this should have been negotiated during the past 6 months not suddenly now with 4C in September.

The CR I just hope that if they need one they get on with it. Not sure if I would take it up at 0.005 unless there are proper plans about the future and this 10 m shares each just 8 months after they received the first 10m goes away. Presently they have done a good job in saving the company - Paid salary and 10m shares to do that. Converting blue sky into contracts and getting the fat pipeline moving - No evidence of success - I believe bonuses are payable upon results not how hard you tried.

Sorry but no 10m shares if I was the decision maker.

I must say since I have found another star to attach my interest to I have been a bit more realistic about this stock. The sheer number of shares in issue is a real problem to wealth creation IMO.

Only a few left so that I can participate in a CR if its put out there.
