    Just noticed this chart on USA Fed government interest payments on its debt - Q1 24- $1tr, projected - Q1 25- reduction of 1.5% in interest rates - $1.2tr or at current interest rates ie no change Q1 25 - $1.7tr. Revenue is only circa $4.5tr maybe a bit more. While the figures are from what looks like a reliable source I have not validated the projected figures.

    If the Fed does not cuts interest the US debt is going to kill the budget.
