Nice one yoyama! That confirms what I have been saying for a while now - we should expect the long term price to maintain approximately $20usd/lb premium over the spot. It may lag a little (as we've seen up till now) but the fact remains that there is a strong relationship between the two.
At $80/lb bmn is a very very economically viable operation. Look at the old sensitivity analysis in the Pfs. You will find our NPV goes up dramatically with such a large jump in LT pricing.
