The main active investment was ETIX Everywhere and they sold it recently. So yes it does look like they are winding the business up. Residual value is in Air Trunk which is worth massively more than they paid and that’s what’s in play now. It’s just an arbitrage play at the moment over the last 5-10% of value ( and not without some risk).
I saw a recent broker recently touting GDC and I was puzzled by that to be perfectly frank.
