    I misunderstood your initial post but my point still stands.
    SM was pretty clear about no more dilution of the register.
    I have no idea who what or how this will happen but I think when the announcement drops it will probably be,
    1. Funding for 2 years, which won't be that expensive if a 40% saving is made.
    2. 3D immediate start
    3. Flow test
    4. Exploration well
    Probably all tied up with a PPSA and a farm in.
